How Microsoft can engage more users to Windows Phone 7?

One of the biggest issues with Windows Phone 7 sales is the lack of push from partners (Phone companies). I have posted  a blog about this issue back in Oct 2010 before many of the popular bloggers posted about it.

you may find in the below link.

To mitigate this problem in a faster manner, Microsoft should probably create a "Windows Phone 7" user experience app which is similar to the simulator that comes with "Windows Phone 7" development kit. However the target audience for this new simulator should be end users and not developers.

It should have almost all features of "Windows Phone 7" and it should allow the users to logon with their live id and have a complete experience of the platorm.

This new simulator should be pushed in one of the windows system updates for Windows 7 (desktop OS). Make it an optional update to avoid any legal competetive issues.

This ensures that may potential customers get to play and experience the phone virtually.

This may bring more users to the "Windwos Phone 7" and will not spoil the partner relationship either.
